What to Expect

All photos are professionally edited. My turn around time is 2 weeks. All photo galleries will be delivered via digital download. Photos must be downloaded within 2 weeks of delivery. Once the 2 week time period is up, the downloadable gallery will be taken down. I try very hard to back up all galleries onto external hard drives. Please understand though that ultimately I cannot be responsible for permanently storing your photos. Please be sure to back them up! In the event that galleries need to be re-uploaded and re-sent, there will be a $50 re-uploading fee. I do not provide CDs or flash drives.

Please be courteous of our time frame for your scheduled session. If you happen to be running a bit behind, please give me a heads up! (I expect this to happen sometimes with my newborn sessions) Reschedules must be scheduled within 48 hours of our scheduled session time unless there are special circumstances. If cancellation doesn't take place within 48 hours, the session fee becomes non-refundable. Session will be automatically cancelled if you are more than 30 minutes late with no contact.

All session fees are due at time of booking. 25% of our session fee is a non-refundable retainer fee. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask!
